Champagne and Literature

I am a very lucky girl to say that I had the chance to cook with Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Miliken best know as The Too Hot Tamales. For those who don't know who they are these incredibly talented chefs you should check the website for their restaurants in LA called Border Grill, Ciudad, and Street




It was an amazing experience to cook with them and to top it all off they gave me and all the members of our team one of their cookbooks. Because I was team leader they gave me one of the commemorative champagne bottle designed especially for the event... there's only 58 of them!

The bottle's label was designed by famous artist Romero Britto and signed by himself

I am really lucky!
