Not Enough Julia...

I guess one of the best things that Julia Child had was her very optimistic personality especially when something she made in the kitchen didn't come out so well... She always saw the bright side about it.

Bookshelf containing VHS tapes of the show and her cookbook -
Notice Julia's handwriting on the books

When I entered the exhibit I was glad to see that one of the sponsors of the exhibit is the American Institute of Wine and Food which I'm a member of and was founded by Julia along with Robert Mondavi and Robert Graff. Check them out and if you can join them at one of their many national chapters.

Many of the different utensils used by her are in exhibit all over the space

Side view of the kitchen - Notice her beautiful blue Kitchen Aid stand mixer... Love it!
Have a great day and enjoy today of a good meal!

  5. I'm going to have blue cabinets like that in my kitchen some day. I haven't been to the museum, but I'd like to imagine it smells like something delicious is on the stove or in the oven when you walk in.

  6. There can never be enough Julia!! I love that her kitchen looks like someone really cooks there. Utensils on the walls, tools out in open view. I'm always trying so hard to "hide the clutter" but maybe in the kitchen it isn't clutter? And maybe if I was more like Julia I'd be able to find a spatula when I needed one too.
